Hi everyone, I want to thank you all for helping out at Governor Dick on June 7th National Trails Day. Once again another wonderful show of support by 21 volunteers from the Susquehanna Area Mountain Bike Association (SAMBA), Eastern Mountain Sports (EMS), Climbnasium, and the Elizabethtown Venture Crew 51 and supporters of Governor Dick. Personally, I would like to thank: Brian Arnold, Andrea Strubbar, Matt McElheny, Brad Ditzler, Adam Reed, Justin Rummel, Bob Ardner, Seth Derr, Justin Wie??, Sean Cornwall, Travis Garlt, Joseph Clark, Meredith Clarke, Brian Leap, Rick Richards, Elliot Clark??, Harry Rhodes, Joe Dellagnila, Michael DiPietro. If I have forgotten anyone please let me know. For such a hot and steamy day much work was accomplished. Our tasks consisted of clearing and removing debris from trails 5, 11, and 13. Matt and I were able to go back out on Sunday and complete trail 13. A small section on 11 yet remains to be cleared. It is obvious there is much more work to be done. On behalf of those who are on the Trail Support Committee at Governor Dick, we thank you all for your time and help and look forward to seeing you again at Governor Dick to not only participate in work days but to also recreate and enjoy.
